Supplying Information

*** DISCLAIMER – THIS BLOG IS FICTION AND THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTION OF ANYONE WHO PERSISTS IN THINKING IT IS NOT FICTION ***

As per my Obligation, I am still supplying information to Adele on a regular basis.

Unfortunately there is no pattern to the information she requires.  I hoped she would leave a recognisable pattern, but she is not stupid enough to leave me information which would enable me to sever my Obligation.  How annoying

If I found even a small piece of information it could be the key piece that enabled me to see what is going on, and someone may pay off my Obligation to obtain that information.

Several centuries ago an Obligatee was able to do this to me.  I was furious, as I relied heavily on that Obligatee.

I would preferred to have refused the pay-off, but the law states that I have to take it.

Normally I would get one of my Obligatees to fulfil my Obligation for me, as I do not want to be risking my heart for information that means nothing to me, but Adele has set things up so I have to take the risk.

She enjoys watching me risk my heart, possibly at tasks that are quite unnecessary.

In the last week I have had to use skills in evasion that I have not used since I was a young Old Vampire and had just built my castle.

The skills creak a bit at the hinges, but they are standing up to the task admirably.

I suspect some human has been reading this blog, as I am definitely being watched. Annoyingly I had forgotten that I had written all about my Obligation.

Maybe Nosferatu (the New Vampire representative who knows about this blog) has passed on details to the Humans.

I would not put it past that grubby little vampire, who pretends he’s so suave and chic, with the hems of his clothes falling down, dirty foodstains on his clothes and spiky hair.
